Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and agile freelance trainers to conduct training sessions for our students in the following areas:

- Advanced Java Programming

- DevOps

Trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, guiding students with hands-on projects, and preparing them for industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions as per the syllabus.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, real-world case studies, and project-based learning.
- Ensure students understand key concepts through assessments and activities.

- Student Mentorship & Guidance

- Clarify doubts and provide additional learning support.
- Offer guidance on project work and industry best practices.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Curriculum & Content Development





- Prepare training materials, notes, and assignments.
- Update course content to align with the latest industry trends.

- Assessment & Reporting

- Conduct assessments and evaluate student progress.
- Provide session reports and feedback to the college management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in a relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of training or industry experience in the respective domain.
