We have an opportunity for "Microbiologist (QA)" at our Bareilly Plant Location. (Designation - Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive)

Role & responsibilities:

- Conduct daily QA monitoring (GMP, process checks, CCP verification, etc).
- Ensure raw material, in-process, and finished product sampling & testing. Maintain QA documentation, batch records, and compliance reports including daily digital entries.




- Coordinate for deviations and drive CAPA closure Monitor micro and chemical analysis as per internal standards.
- Report daily quality observations to QA team and management.
- Support audits-internal, external, FSSAL and customer audits.
- Review COA, specifications, shelf-life data and release documents.
- Conduct hygiene audits and facility assessments.
- Assist in validation / verification activities.
- Ensure traceability & documentation accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement projects and QMS strengthening.

Technical Skill:

- Robust knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in physical/chemical testing, sampling, COA review.
- Proficiency in digital and QA documentation.
- Ability to perform line audits, GMP checks, and ensure CCP monitoring.
- Knowledge of non-conformance handling, CAPA. and RCA methodologies.
- Report preparation and communication with internal and third-party teams.
