Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Proposal Writer to join immediately in our high-impact Strategic Engagements team. This role is ideal for a persuasive communicator with deep expertise in IT services and a proven ability to craft winning proposals that resonate with enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market messaging, collaborating across technical, sales, and delivery teams to produce tailored, high-quality proposals that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Proposal Development

- Interpret and respond to complex RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with precision, ensuring alignment with scope, evaluation criteria, compliance standards, and submission timelines.

- Partner with bid managers, solution architects, and subject matter experts to extract insights and develop compelling narratives.

- Lead the creation of win themes and transform them into persuasive storyboards and proposal content that reflect client priorities and reinforce brand positioning.

- Author and refine a wide range of proposal assetsincluding executive summaries, solution overviews, technical narratives, and value propositionsusing transparent, client-centric language.





- Integrate AI-powered tools to accelerate content generation while maintaining quality and originality.

- Apply advanced formatting and visual storytelling techniques to enhance readability and engagement.

2. Content enablement & Toolset Development

- Build and maintain reusable content libraries, templates, and frameworks to streamline proposal development.

- Source and curate relevant materials from internal repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Knowledge Hub) including case studies, resumes, certifications, and prior proposals.

- Validate and update content in collaboration with delivery and domain experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.

3. Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 12 years of direct experience in proposal writing, preferably within IT services or consulting environments.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts into persuasive, benefit-driven messaging tailored to client needs.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and design tools; adept at integrating visual elements to enhance written content.

- Deep understanding of IT and BPO service domainsincluding infrastructure, applications, and managed services.

- Familiarity with sales lifecycles, project management principles, and bid processes in enterprise environments.

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to lead cross-functional working sessions and manage multiple stakeholders.
