Designation - Area Sales Manager - Solar (Minimum 2 years experience in Solar Sales)

Work Experience - 3 to 10 Years

Location - Odissa ( Bhubaneshwar, Berhampur , Balangir , Cuttack, Baleshwer)

CTC - 10 L + Incentive + TA/DA

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

* Generate recent business through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.

* Identify opportunities across Residential, Commercial, Industrial, MSME, and Government sectors.

Customer Acquisition & Sales Closure

* Present suitable solar solutions along with ROI and payback analysis.

* Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations with the support of the pre-sales team.

Channel Partner Management

* Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors,



and channel partners.

* Provide product training and sales support to partners.

* Conduct joint customer meetings and field visits.

Customer Relationship Management

* Develop strong relationships with customers, builders, architects, industries, housing societies, and key stakeholders.

* Coordinate with project and installation teams for smooth project execution.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

* Stay updated on MNRE policies, state subsidy schemes, net metering regulations, and DISCOM guidelines.

* Submit daily activity reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly MIS.
