Role & responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and execute Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (breakdown/emergency) as per Sodexo HTM guidelines using CMMS, ensuring adherence to response and turnaround time.

- Manage ticket allocation, tracking, and closure within defined timelines while maintaining governance through daily briefings, reporting, and periodic reviews.

- Ensure proper documentation and reporting including service reports, calibration records, audits, MIS reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Perform installation, acceptance testing, performance testing, and electrical safety testing as per manufacturer and compliance standards.

- Maintain and manage inventory, spare parts, tools, and purchase requisitions, ensuring timely procurement and availability.

- Oversee team management including resource allocation, duty roster, attendance tracking, training,



engagement activities, and adherence to company policies.

- Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management, including PPE usage, decontamination procedures, incident/hazard tracking, and contingency planning.

- Conduct user training programs and support continuous skill development for both users and team members.

- Monitor and manage asset lifecycle activities, including asset mapping, tracking barcodes, identifying historical data, equipment addition, and recommending condemnation.

- Ensure coordination with stakeholders for approvals, reporting, and smooth operations.

- Maintain KPI and SLA compliance, ensuring service delivery targets and quality standards are consistently met.
