Key Responsibilities
SAP MM (Material Management)
Create and process Goods Receipt (GRN) against Purchase Orders.
Post Goods Issue (GI) for production and dispatch.
Record material transfers between storage locations.
Update inventory transactions in SAP on a real-time basis.
Maintain batch-wise inventory records.
Process stock adjustments after approval.
Monitor stock accuracy between physical inventory and SAP.
SAP PP (Production Planning)
Create and release Production Orders.
Post Production Confirmation.
Perform Goods Receipt of Finished Goods against Production Orders.
Record BOM consumption.
Close production orders after completion.
Update production quantities, rejection, and wastage in SAP.
Inventory Management
Daily reconciliation of RM, PM, WIP and FG inventory.




Monitor batch-wise stock movement.
Support monthly stock audits.
Maintain FIFO inventory records.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
Documentation
Maintain production reports.
Update SAP master data as instructed.
Maintain GRN, Production Orders, Material Issue Slips and Dispatch documents.
Ensure all SAP transactions are completed within the defined timeline.
Coordination
Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse and Planning teams.
Coordinate with HO Supply Chain for production and inventory updates.
Support monthly inventory closing activities.
