- Showroom Operations Support

- Support in showroom opening and closing formalities when required.

- Assist in maintaining showroom display readiness, visual merchandising and promotional branding.

- Coordinate with showroom team for daily sales activities and ensure smooth customer flow.

- Field Marketing & Lead Generation

- Visit nearby residential areas, apartments, gated communities, corporate offices, and commercial hubs for brand promotion.

- Distribute brochures/handbills and collect potential customer data/leads.

- Build and maintain healthy relationships with premium customers, community leaders and potential buyers.

- Promote upcoming offers, schemes, gold savings plans, wedding/jewellery exhibitions etc.

- Sales Growth & Business Development

- Convert generated leads into walk-ins and support showroom team in achieving monthly revenue targets.

- Follow up with potential customers via calls/visits to encourage store visits and purchases.

- Support in planning and executing special marketing drives (festivals, wedding season, brand anniversaries etc.).





- Assist in customer retention and loyalty-building initiatives.

- Brand Promotion & Local Marketing

- Execute local marketing campaigns such as street branding, banner installation, auto branding, school/college tie-ups and event participation.

- Support in arranging in-store promotional events and CSR campaigns.

- Collect market feedback and competitor updates and share insights with management.

- Administrative & Reporting Duties

- Maintain daily lead sheet, follow-up tracker and conversion report.

- Coordinate with digital marketing team for photos/videos from the field for social media posting.

- Prepare daily and weekly marketing activity reports for management review.

- Customer Handling & Support

- Assist walk-in customers during peak hours.

- Ensure high standards of grooming and customer service.

- Maintain professionalism while representing the brand externally and internally.
