Job Title: Technical Architect / Team Lead Redmine Platform

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect / Team Lead with over 10 years of experience to take ownership of and evolve our Redmine platform, built on Ruby on Rails

This role will be pivotal in driving the architecture, customization, Azure deployment, and the integration of AI-powered engineering tools to enhance productivity and delivery quality

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and enhance the capabilities of the Redmine platform

- Customize plugins, workflows, and enterprise integrations to meet business needs

- Oversee Azure deployment, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability

- Lead end-to-end delivery processes, including development, CI/CD, release, and support

- Drive the adoption of AI tools (eg, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve engineering workflows

- Mentor and lead the development team, enforcing engineering best practices

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on architecture and leadership roles

- Strong hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails

- Proven experience with Redmine customization or administration

- Solid experience with SQL databases, particularly Postgreql and Mysql

- Experience deploying and managing solutions on Azure Cloud





- Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Architect managing teams

- Familiarity with deployment, DevOps, and Agile delivery models

- Hands-on experience with AutonomIQ

Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Ruby, Rails, and MVC architecture

- Strong understanding of Redmine internals and the Workflows and plugins

- Proficiency in SQL, performance tuning, and Schematics reading

- Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Monitor

- Knowledge of WEB API, Integrations, and webservices

- Familiarity with AI-driven coding and productivity workflows

- Solid problem-solving, TA-Stakeholder management skills
