We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer with robust expertise in SQL, Python, and Spark to build and automate data pipelines supporting payroll operations across 10 countries .

In this role, you will design and develop scalable data solutions on the DAP 2.0 Snowflake platform , enabling automation of payroll input collation, SOX validation , and approval workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data engineering, ETL development, and workflow automation .

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Spark .
2. Automate end-to-end payroll data processing , including input collation, SOX validation , and approval workflows.
3. Build a robust data foundation layer on the DAP 2.0 Snowflake platform within a 6 7 month implementation timeline .
4. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with SOX and organizational standards.
5. Integrate data from multiple internal and external systems to support payroll workflows.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Finance, and Technology)



to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
7. Follow SDLC best practices and maintain clear technical documentation .
8. Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive payroll data .

Required Skills

1. Hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Engineering .
2. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark .
3. Experience building and automating ETL/data pipelines .
4. Experience working with multiple data sources and integrations .
5. Knowledge of SOX compliance or regulated data environments .
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
