Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Reach out to students and parents using provided data to pitch study-abroad/education plans.
- Initial Counseling: Understand their requirements and guide them on suitable options.
- Lead Generation: Convert calls into confirmed appointments (office visits or virtual sessions).
- Coordination: Schedule and bridge the gap between the student and the Senior Education Counselor.
- Rigorous Follow-up: Maintain a pipeline of interested leads through regular follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills (English and [Regional Language]).
- Highly persuasive with a polite and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle rejections and meet daily calling/appointment targets.
- Basic knowledge of study-abroad processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM or Excel for tracking lead status.
