1. Linen Management- procurement, timely availability of clean linen at all shifts, provide training to employees for proper handling of linen, support cross functional teams in Gowning SOPs and any changes, Linen vendor audit time to time to ensure quality as per GMP.

2. Handling of Pest control activity- ensuring all GMP and Non GMP areas are free from Pests and Insects.

3. Upkeep of the plant premises in terms of cleanliness and coordination with engineering department for maintenance related activities.

4. Cleaning of drain line at regular intervals.

5. Identify the areas for facility improvements time to time through KAIZEN.

6. Timely processing of bills related to facilities and vendors receive ensuring payment as per timeline, handling of HR/Admin bills in absence of ADMIN/HR personal.

7. Handling of tools, Equipments and machines related to facilities.

8. Garden Management.

9. Facade cleaning of entire building area.

Cafeteria and Guest House cleaning and necessary coordination with department for maintenance related activities.

11. Check Locker cleaning along with housekeeping and security, maintain logbooks.

12. Take UPD,CAPA and change control for SOPs related to House Keeping, Pest control, Linen, Locker and Garden.

13. Extending training to HK/ Pest control /Locker/Gardening team at a regular interval.

14. Visit shop floor and coordinate with cross functional teams for any Housekeeping, Pest control, linen, and locker related issues.

15. First point of contact related to internal or external audit of Housekeeping, Pest Control, Garden and Linen. Support during festivals, programs etc to HR & Admin department.
