Job Summary

ASG Eye Care Hospitals is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Professionals to strengthen hospital outreach and drive patient referrals. The role involves field work, referral marketing, and relationship management to improve patient footfall and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field marketing activities to promote hospital services and specialty treatments.
- Develop and manage referral networks with optometrists, clinics, physicians, corporate offices, NGOs, and community groups.
- Visit doctors, optical stores, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare partners to generate referrals.
- Organize and support eye screening camps, OPD promotions, and awareness programs.
- Achieve assigned patient referral and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and referral tracking data.
- Coordinate with hospital operations, doctors,



and front office teams for smooth conversion of referrals.
- Represent ASG Eye Care brand professionally in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline .
- 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales / healthcare marketing / referral marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work extensively in the field..
