Service Line Engineering Services

Responsibilities

- Assess, design, and implement cybersecurity solutions for OT/ICS environments.
- Develop and maintain secure OT architectures aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct OT security assessments, risk analysis, vulnerability management, and remediation activities.
- Support IT-OT convergence initiatives, network segmentation, secure remote access, and OT cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to ensure the security and resilience of industrial systems.
- Secure and support mission-critical OT environments while ensuring operational continuity.
- Provide technical guidance on OT security controls, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in incident response, security monitoring, and threat mitigation activities for OT environments.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Experience with OT security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response solutions is preferred.
- Certifications such as GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Solid stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in global delivery environments.




- Experience in Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, and Smart Manufacturing initiatives is desirable.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

- 915 years of experience in OT / ICS Security.
- Strong hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems through engineering, commissioning, support, maintenance, or modernization projects.
- Deep expertise in: IEC 62443
- NIST SP 800-82
- ISA Standards
- OT Cybersecurity Best Practices
- Strong understanding of: Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
- Plant Operations
- Industrial Networks and Communication Protocols
- Control Network Architectures
- Proven experience in: IT-OT Convergence
- Network Security & Segmentation
- OT Security Architecture
- OT Cloud Environments
- Experience securing critical infrastructure environments such as Manufacturing
- Experience securing critical infrastructure environments such as Oil & Gas
- Experience securing critical infrastructure environments such as Mining
- Experience securing critical infrastructure environments such as Utilities
- Experience securing critical infrastructure environments such as Energy
- Experience securing critical infrastructure environments such as Industrial Facilities
