Calibration Engineer Trainee

Eligibility

· B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, E&TC; or Instrumentation Engineering

· Freshers are welcome to apply.

· Candidates with knowledge of calibration or NABL laboratory practices will have an added advantage.

Compensation (CTC)

· ₹18,000 per month (CTC) during the initial 3-month training period.

· After successful completion of the training period, the CTC may be revised to ₹20,000 per month, subject to the candidate's performance, technical skills, attendance, discipline, and management approval.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform calibration of measuring instruments under the guidance of senior engineers.

· Carry out calibration activities as per NABL and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

· Prepare and maintain calibration records, reports, and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with laboratory quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.

· Support in-house and in office calibration activities as required.

· Handle calibration instruments carefully and maintain laboratory equipment.





Working Hours

· As per company working hours and weekly off policy.

Terms & Conditions

· The initial training period will be 3 months.

· During the training period, the trainee will receive practical training in calibration engineering, laboratory quality systems, and NABL procedures.

· Upon successful completion of the training period, the candidate may be designated as Junior Calibration Engineer, based on performance.

· Revision of CTC to ₹20,000 per month is not automatic and will be applicable only if the candidate meets the company's performance and skill evaluation criteria.

· The selected candidate will be required to execute a one-year service bond with the company upon joining.

· Confirmation as a permanent employee will be based on performance, attendance, discipline, and business requirements.

· The trainee must maintain strict confidentiality of company information and customer data.

· Company rules, quality management systems, and safety procedures must be followed at all times.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
