Looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team through effective communication. The role requires excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Explain products and services to customers over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Job Specifications
- Education: Graduate.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Compensation
- Monthly CTC: Upto ₹15,000
Pay: ₹8,519.42 - ₹30,855.53 per month
