- Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Promote customer retention through excellent service and relationship management.
- Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) and follow dealership SOPs.
- Support service campaigns, reminders, and customer engagement activities.
