Position Title: Kindergarten Coordinator / KG Academic Coordinator
Department: Kindergarten / Pre-Primary
Section: Nursery / LKG / UKG
Reports To: Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head
Supervises: KG Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Support Staff
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Kindergarten / Pre-Primary education, preferably with prior coordination or leadership experience in a CBSE school.
Job Description :
- Coordinate and monitor the overall academic activities of the Kindergarten section.
- Guide and support KG teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Monitor students' academic, social, emotional, and overall developmental progress.
- Ensure proper maintenance of lesson plans, assessments, and student records.
- Coordinate KG activities, events, celebrations, and parent communication.
- Ensure a safe, positive, child-friendly learning workplace and smooth functioning of the KG section.
Pay: ₹17,114.30 - ₹21,948.49 per month
