We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software and be capable of handling routine finance activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
* Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
* Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
* Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
* Process vendor payments and customer collections.
* Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
* Prepare GST and TDS working and coordinate with CA for statutory filings.
* Maintain fixed asset and inventory records.
* Perform ledger reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
* Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
* Prepare MIS reports and financial reports as required by management.
* Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
* Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and vendors.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
* Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
* Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under deadlines.
Qualification
* B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Experience
* 1–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
* Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Trading industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
