Designation: Manager-Substation (Electrical)

Location: Chennai

Job description:

Electrical design of 33kV/ 110kV/132kV/220kV/400kV switchyards, development of SLD, layouts, protection schemes, equipment review,

Knowledge in grid compliance study, conceptual design of renewable energy parks and its integration.

Engineering support during commissioning of power projects.

Work experience in substation automation system, communication system.

Leading the technical discussions with EPC and owners engineers and deriving timely conclusions.

Coordination with internal & external stake holders and extend the technical support for various internal departments.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Masters in power system engineering will be an added qualification.

8-10 years in substation electrical engineering.

Proficiency in both primary & secondary engineering in EHV substation.

Knowledge in Renewable project will be an added advantage.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
