Avante ED is an Authorized Enrollment Partner for NMIMS, helping students choose the right online undergraduate and postgraduate programs. We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executives who enjoy interacting with students and building successful careers through quality education.

Roles & Responsibilities

Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.

Counsel students regarding NMIMS Online UG & PG programs.

Understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable programs.

Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS to maximize conversions.

Explain program details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.

Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.





Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment and documentation.

Stay updated on program offerings and admission policies.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 0–3 years in EdTech, Education Counseling, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,516.76 per month
