Position: Sales Engineer

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Vadodara (Baroda)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

Preferred Specialization: Mechanical / Mechatronics / Metallurgy

Gender: Male

CTC: Up to ₹4.00 – ₹6.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Promote company products by visiting customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales orders.

Travel across India for customer meetings, business development, and technical discussions.

Prepare quotations, technical proposals, proforma invoices, and other sales documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM/ERP records.

Collect customer feedback on products and market requirements.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and market intelligence.

Candidate Profile





Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).

2–3 years of experience in front-line industrial sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Knowledge of any South Indian language will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of sales documentation, quotations, and technical proposals.

Willing to travel extensively across India.

Experience with ERP systems or Sales Force Automation (SFA/CRM) software.

Solid negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
