Job Title: Junior Accountant Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, support month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information.
- Maintain organized accounting records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Accounting fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Experience with bank reconciliations and invoice processing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
