As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and address architectural challenges and opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and understanding of enterprise architecture.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend creative solutions that drive business value.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable network solutions that support enterprise-wide operations.
- Experience in developing and maintaining architecture models, principles, and standards.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and provide strategic recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.
