About Us:
Happy Kids Nutrition Academy provides simple, evidence-based health and wellness education for kids and parents. We help families build healthy habits through online courses, practical tips, and supportive content. We're a small, mission-driven team looking for someone who genuinely cares about what we do.

The Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to help us stay visible, consistent, and connected across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (TikTok is a bonus). You'll create the content calendar, posts, engage with our community, and track what works — all while keeping our brand voice warm, human, and educational.

This is a part-time remote role (~15–20 hours/week). You'll have creative freedom within transparent brand guidelines and direct access to the founder.

What You'll Do:

- Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and LinkedIn
- Write captions that feel supportive, not salesy
- Create simple graphics in Canva using brand templates
- Film or edit short-form Reels (text-over-video, talking points, tips)
- Engage with comments, DMs, and aligned accounts daily
- Track performance and suggest improvements monthly
- Save trends,



ideas, and audience questions for future content

What We're Looking For:

- 1–2+ years managing a brand's social media (parenting, education, nutrition, or wellness is a big plus)
- Strong English writing skills — warm, clear, and natural
- Comfortable with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
- Understands brand voice and can keep content consistent
- Self-starter who can plan ahead and communicate progress
- Reliable internet and computer

Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
