Key responsibility:
1. Prepare and develop detailed facade design drawings, elevations and sections using AutoCAD or similar software.
2. Create shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and fixing details based on architectural and structural inputs.
3. Collaborate with the project production and site teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
4. Work on material section (ACP, HPL, aluminium, glass,. louvers, etc) ensuring suitability durability and aesthetics
5. Review architectural drawings and suggest technical modifications for facade optimization.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketchup and MS Office
- working knowledge of Revit, 3Ds Max, or solidworks is an advantage
- Deep Understanding of facade fixing systems, joinery details and load bearing behavior

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
