Head Operations And Maintenance

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Production
Experience: 8-9 Years prefered in same industry

To lead and optimise end-to-end Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) by ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations, driving equipment availability and operational excellence, strengthening maintenance capabilities through effective SMP/SOP implementation and team development, and enabling uninterrupted production through proactive planning, resource optimisation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure plant safety, statutory compliance, and zero-incident operations
- Lead plant operations and maintenance to achieve maximum equipment uptime
- Develop and implement SMP/SOP for operations and maintenance activities
- Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Oversee equipment erection,



commissioning, and performance optimisation
- Improve equipment reliability, reduce breakdowns, and enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure timely closure of AO, VSAP, QMS, CAPA, and audit observations
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare planning, inventory, and procurement coordination
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop, mentor, and build high-performing operations and maintenance teams

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
