Job Summary

We are looking for an active and responsible Marketing Executive to coordinate daily service activities, handle customer communication, and support the service team for smooth operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate recent business leads through calls, field visits, online platforms, references, and market research.
- Identify potential customers and maintain proper follow-up for business opportunities.
- Support marketing and promotional activities of the company.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for enquiries, quotations, and service-related requirements.
- Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly.




- Assist in preparing daily/weekly reports related to leads, visits, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Travel to customer locations and market areas whenever required.
- Support sales and service teams in customer communication and lead conversion.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and email handling.
- Ability to manage calls and follow-ups.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel as per work requirements.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.
