Job Summary

Mind Meadow is looking for a creative, proactive, and organised Social Media Manager to manage the organisation’s digital presence and online engagement. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, branding coordination, audience engagement, and creating impactful digital communication aligned with the organisation’s vision and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all social media platforms of the organisation
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Coordinate with therapists, departments, and management for content planning and branding activities
- Develop creative ideas for awareness campaigns, promotional activities, and audience engagement
- Maintain consistency in brand image, communication, and social media aesthetics
- Monitor social media trends, engagement insights, and performance analytics
- Respond to social media queries, comments, and messages professionally
- Coordinate photography, videography, and content shoots as required
- Assist in designing marketing strategies and promotional initiatives
- Ensure timely execution of content calendars and campaigns





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, Design, or related field
- Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or branding preferred

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or content creation tools
- Creative thinking and content planning abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with atleast 1 year experience in healthcare, clinics, therapy centres, or educational setups preferred
- Knowledge of photography/videography and reel creation will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English and Hindi

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
