Relationship Officer – (NBFC)

Vaccancy-Palakkad, Karunagapilly ,Kattapana

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Collection

- Source new customers for products like:

Group Loans

a)Generate leads through:

- FieldVisit(Sourcing)
- ReferralsReferrals

b)Achieve monthly sales/disbursement targets

2. Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide product information and resolve customer queries
- Ensure repeat business and referrals

3.Documentation & Processing

- Collect and verify KYC documents
- Assist customers in loan application process
- Coordinate with credit team for loan approval
- Ensure proper documentation as perReserve Bank of India guidelines

4. Collections & Follow-ups

- Follow up on EWI payments
- Remind customers of due dates
- Support collection team in recovery cases




- Maintain good portfolio quality

5. Market Development

- Build network with:

Direct Customer

Telecalling(Reference From other customer &other; Finance

Qualifications & Skills ,Education

- Minimum: +2 / Graduate (preferred)

Experience

- 1–3 years
- Experience in sales/finance is an advantage

Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Basic financial product knowledge
- Field work readiness
- Local language proficiency (very important)
