Location: AFDC (Accelerated Freeze Drying Company Ltd.), Ezhupunna, Cherthala
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc / M.F.Sc). Freshers or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience: 0–1 year. Candidates with internship experience in seafood processing plants or export-oriented units will be given preference.

Skill:

- Foundational understanding of seafood processing techniques and cold chain management.
- Quick learner with strong analytical and observational skills.
- Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English to coordinate with the production floor team.

Role: Assist senior production officers in supervising the processing floor. You will undergo training to monitor raw material grading,



processing temperatures, and packaging standards. The trainee will be responsible for assisting in documentation, learning to manage production schedules, and ensuring that all hygiene protocols are strictly followed during the shift.
