About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Lead to drive business expansion, develop strategic customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets in the industrial and engineering sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers across target industries.Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.Conduct product presentations and business discussions.





Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.Ensure timely payment collection and order execution.

Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.5+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development.

Strong communication,

Negotiation, and customer management skills.

Ability to travel for client meetings.
