*Semi Qualified Company Secretary* with 2+ years of post training experience required in a *reputed consulting firm* based at *Ghansoli*, Navi Mumbai

*Qualified CS & Semi CS (with articleship experience) can also apply*

*Alternate Saturdays off; remaining Saturdays are half-days*

JD:

* *Manage preferential issue transactions for listed companies* and manage key corporate actions, including share splits, buybacks, etc

* Handling company changes (Registered Office shifts, Director/Auditor appointments, resignations, and strike-offs) across listed, unlisted, public, and private companies

* *Filing XBRL for Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements*

* Drafting and maintaining Minutes of Board Meetings, EOGMs, and AGMs

* *Manage IPO groundwork, due diligence, and secretarial compliances* for listed and IPO-bound entities

* Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, including quarterly filings and sweat equity processes





* *Filing statutory forms (CHG-1, CHG-4, DIR-3 KYC, INC-22, DIR-12, ADT-1, etc*

* Manage end to end compliance and regulatory filings for listed, public, and private companies.

* Lead and mentor a team of article and deliver internal presentations
