916 Minds is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, target-driven qualified with a proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and outreach
- Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Communicate effectively with prospects and clients, both written and verbal
Requirements:
- Expertise in cold calling & lead generation
- Strong client acquisition skills
- Target-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up discipline
- Professional communication skills and strong English proficiency
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field preferred
