Role Overview

As a Site Engineer, you will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensure technical accuracy, maintain safety compliance, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of all mechanical and multi‑disciplinary works.

Key Responsibilities

- Mechanical supervision — Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Multi‑disciplinary coordination — Manage electrical, civil, and carpentry works on-site.
- Technical compliance — Ensure all works meet project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Client & contractor communication — Handle site communications and coordinate with vendors and project managers.
- Drawing & material review — Interpret mechanical drawings, review material submittals, and verify site requirements.




- Problem-solving — Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical in office solutions.
- Documentation — Maintain daily reports, site logs, and work progress documentation.

Requirements

- B.E. in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of site experience in construction, industrial, or plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, equipment).
- Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary site works
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
