To execute and monitor the manufacturing activities of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) in accordance with approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety requirements to ensure the production of quality products within the planned schedule.
Production Operations
- Carry out manufacturing activities as per the approved BMR and SOPs.
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, and other production equipment.
- Perform charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, milling, blending, and packing activities.
- Ensure timely completion of production batches as per the production plan.
- Record all production activities accurately in the BMR.
GMP Compliance
- Follow Current Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of production areas.
- Ensure line clearance before starting manufacturing activities.
- Prevent cross-contamination during production operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,750.00 per month
