Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), and Infrastructure sectors.
- Research and identify potential clients, including architects, engineering consultants, contractors, developers, and construction companies.
- Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry databases, and other business development tools to build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to introduce the company's BIM and engineering outsourcing services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, virtual presentations, and service demonstrations.
- Present the company's capabilities, including BIM Modeling, Clash Detection, Shop Drawings, Scan-to-BIM, MEP, Architectural, Structural, and Infrastructure BIM services.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored solutions.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations,



and commercial offers in coordination with the engineering team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects, address client queries, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM or other sales tracking tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the company's business growth.
- Stay updated on AEC industry trends, BIM technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
