Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executives (Voice Process). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in the travel industry. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, assisting with travel bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with tour packages, hotel bookings, flights, ferries, and travel-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution.




- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM.
- Follow up with customers regarding their bookings and travel plans.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in a Travel BPO, Travel Agency, Tour & Travel Company, or Travel Process.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Comfortable working on calls and using CRM/software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
