Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Ensures all electrical, plumbing, and civil work is functioning properly to maintain smooth resort operations.

- Attend maintenance complaints from rooms and departments
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Check AC units, geysers, lights, switches, and fittings
- Preventive maintenance of rooms and public areas
- Maintain DG, pumps, motors (basic level)
- Coordinate with external vendors when required
- Daily rounds to identify issues proactively
- Maintain maintenance logbook / checklist
- Ensure minimal downtime in guest areas
- Support event setup and breakdown when required
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in hotel / resort maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and basic civil work
- Able to handle shift duty
- Immediate problem-solving skills
- Physically fit for field work

Pay: ₹9,605.94 - ₹30,000.00 per month
