Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, expertise in creating compelling visual content, and hands-on experience in video editing. The role involves designing marketing collaterals, product packaging, digital creatives, and engaging video content while leveraging AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and maintain brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design

- Design product packaging, social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop creative concepts based on project briefs.
- Create visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Prepare and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure high-quality designs across digital and print platforms.

Video Editing

- Edit videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles,



and audio enhancements.
- Optimize video content for various digital platforms.

AI & Creative Tools

- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve design and video production efficiency.
- Explore new creative trends and AI technologies to enhance content quality.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams on creative campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Requirements & Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Positive understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
