Job Overview

We are looking for an empathetic, persuasive, and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our Patient Care team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for patients seeking eye care treatments. Your goal will be to guide inbound leads, address their queries regarding procedures (e.g., LASIK, Cataract), schedule consultations with our specialists, and convert patient inquiries into hospital visits and surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Counseling & Conversion: Contact inbound leads, understand patient requirements, counsel them on appropriate eye care treatments/surgeries,



and convert leads into consultations and procedures.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book OPD consultations, diagnostic tests, and surgery slots for patients across Eye Mantra centers.
- Lead Management: Follow up consistently with prospective patients, maintaining a explicit record of interactions in the CRM system.
- Query Resolution: Educate patients on basic procedure details, benefits, recovery times, pricing, insurance coverage, and financing options (EMIs).
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with center managers and medical staff to ensure seamless patient onboarding upon arrival at the clinic.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, conversion ratios, and monthly revenue targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
