Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial needs, goals, and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive solutions.
- Conduct regular client reviews and meetings, preparing and delivering compelling presentations on financial performance, market trends, and product offerings.




- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue objectives through effective client management and new business acquisition.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients and identify potential business opportunities.
- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and relationship management skills.
