We are looking for a forward-thinking SEO, AEO & GEO Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to lead our search visibility strategy in the era of AI. As search behavior evolves beyond traditional links, the ideal candidate will not only master Search Engine Optimization (SEO) but also pioneer our efforts in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You will be responsible for ensuring brand ranks high on traditional search engines, captures featured snippets, and is highly visible in AI-driven platforms like Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews, and ChatGPT Other.

Key Responsibilities:

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Plan and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Optimize content specifically for voice search, "People Also Ask" (PAA) boxes, and featured snippets by structuring content to directly answer user queries.
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Develop strategies to ensure brand visibility and positive sentiment within LLM (Large Language Model) outputs and AI-powered search engines.
- Implement advanced Schema markup and structured data to help search algorithms and AI models better understand our content and entities.
- Conduct deep semantic keyword research, shifting focus from traditional exact-match keywords to conversational queries and entity-based optimization.
- Audit and upgrade existing content to align with Google’s E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) guidelines.




- Track and report on visibility metrics across traditional SERPs, zero-click searches, and generative AI search platforms.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrated passion for the future of search (AEO, GEO, and AI).
- Deep understanding of how search engine algorithms and Large Language Models (LLMs) crawl, index, and retrieve information.
- Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).
- Solid expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, page speed optimization, and structured data/schema markup.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various platforms to adapt strategies quickly.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on producing clear, authoritative, and direct answers to user queries.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

- Familiarity with prompting, AI tools, or testing brand presence within platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.
- Understanding of digital marketing frameworks (e.g., Go-To-Market strategies) to align search visibility with broader product launches.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Python, or automation scripts to scale search analytics.
