Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Marathakkara, Thrissur
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to ensure excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database.
- Support customer retention initiatives and gather customer feedback.
- Prepare customer service reports and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Building Materials industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
