Brand & Packaging Designer – Luxury Fragrance & Lifestyle

Brand: The Fragrance People
Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi
Position: Full-time, work from office

The Fragrance People is looking for a talented designer with refined visual taste, robust conceptual ability and a genuine understanding of luxury retail.

We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to operate Photoshop or reproduce existing designs. We need a creative thinker who understands how typography, colour, composition, materials, photography and storytelling come together to build a distinctive premium brand.

You will work across fragrance packaging, product launches, Instagram content, campaigns and retail communication.

Key responsibilities:

- Research international design, fragrance, fashion, interiors and retail trends
- Translate trends and insights into original product and campaign concepts
- Develop creative directions, mood boards, colour palettes and visual stories
- Design packaging for candles, home fragrances, diffusers and related lifestyle products
- Apply artwork accurately across labels, cartons, sleeves and other packaging formats
- Create premium Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, carousels and launch campaigns
- Develop marketing materials, catalogues, presentations, lookbooks and retail collateral
- Create compelling stories and content around products, trends and collections
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, photography and production teams
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork and coordinate corrections with printers and packaging vendors
- Maintain visual consistency across every customer touchpoint

What we are looking for:

- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design sensibility—not merely software proficiency
- Experience in branding, packaging and social-media campaign design
- A sophisticated understanding of typography, colour, spacing,



composition and visual hierarchy
- Awareness of international luxury fragrance, beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands
- The ability to create elegant, contemporary work without making it look generic, cluttered or mass-market
- Strong conceptual and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Understanding of packaging dielines, print production, colour systems and artwork adaptation
- Ability to use AI tools intelligently for research, ideation and creative development
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to take a project from concept to final production

Candidates with experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, hospitality, home décor or premium consumer brands will be preferred.
