Job Title: Sales Executive/Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and qualify leads from online platforms (portals, social media, inbound queries).
· Connect with leads via calls and follow-ups to support conversions.
· Understand customer requirements and assist in closing sales.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM/tools.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Key Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 2–3 years of experience in sales/marketing.
· Basic experience in lead generation and call-based follow-ups.
· Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms.
· Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Compensation:
· ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
· Performance-based growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
