Sales Manager – TIC Industry

Location: Newtown, Rajarhat

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B or service sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B market.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Promote the company's Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update the CRM system regularly.

Eligibility Criteria

- 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales or service sales.
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection,



and Certification (TIC) industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Candidates should be comfortable with frequent business travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
