- Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, local references, consultancies, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns at assigned locations.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the hiring targets.
- Build relationships with local colleges, training institutes, and placement agencies.
- Explain job roles, salary structure, and company policies to candidates.
- Coordinate documentation, offer rollout, and onboarding activities.
- Travel to different locations for recruitment as per business requirements.
- Submit daily and weekly recruitment activity reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
- Solid negotiation and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline ( HR preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
