Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrician for CNC Machine Shop operations to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities of CNC/VMC machines and other machine shop equipment. The candidate should ensure smooth machine operation with minimum downtime while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, Turning, Milling, and other machine shop equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in control panels, drives, motors, sensors, switches, and wiring systems.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce machine downtime.
- Maintain electrical panels, contactors, relays, servo drives, VFDs, and PLC systems.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, machine manuals, and circuit diagrams.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, and shifting activities.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and proper PPE usage.




- Identify spare parts requirements and support maintenance planning.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of CNC machine electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control panel issues.
- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, servo drives, sensors, and industrial wiring.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and machine manuals.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during machine breakdowns.

Educational Qualification

- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in CNC machine shop electrical maintenance preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
