We are looking to hire qualified CA candidates with relevant requisite experience for a Chartered Accountant firm. The experience in statutory compliances, transfer pricing, and tax audit is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax Returns and other statutory forms based on detailed analysis of applicability of clauses, sections etc. and information through effective co-ordination with various functions
- Undertaking detailed study of case history, legal research on issued involved and preparation of appeals/submissions to be submitted before Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP and ITAT.
- Assisting the seniors for representation of cases before Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP and ITAT.
- Providing consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications on overseas payments made by Indian entities after analyzing treaty benefits.




- Analysis of the tax implications of the certain incentives given to employees and advising on the tax effective structure for employees on a need basis
- Coordinating with overseas consultants to understand and finalize tax returns as per the laws of the jurisdictions and analyzing international tax implications of various overseas transactions

Skill & Experience :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Minimum 2 years Working experience with similar profile
- Proficient knowledge of Income Tax Law and Income Computation and Disclosure Standards (ICDS)
- Knowledge of Transfer pricing regulation
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of accounting software-SAP

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
