Human Resources Associate (Non-IT) .

Education: Any Graduate Degree

Degree with HR/similar specialisation preferred.

Requirements:

- 1 to 4 years of experience in a same or similar role, preferably from a manufacturing sector based company.
- Working knowledge of Factories Act , EPF & ESI Regulations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to handle HR function in MSME setup.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Hands-on experience in hiring shop floor manpower is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Job portals &other; channels, screen profiles and schedule interviews.
- Training and Development : Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge,



and qualified growth.
- Monitor and update employee and organization performance metrics and related documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and reports.

Note:

- Only candidates from Tamilnadu state preferred.
- Women candidate preferred.
- Phone reimbursement, Insurance, Holiday pay, Yearly Bonus available.
- Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
